The problem

A new pottery studio in Seminole Heights needed to fill beginner wheel-throwing classes before it had any track record to point at. The person discovering it had never heard of the studio, had probably never touched clay, and needed to know exactly what they were signing up for before they would book.

What I did

Built the whole site around the first class

The Intro to Wheel Throwing booking sits front and center with the details a beginner needs before committing: $65, two hours, no experience required. Price, length, and skill level answered before anyone has to go looking for them.

Shot the space, the process, and the work

A full original photo library: the studio, hands on the wheel, and the finished pieces. A pottery studio sells a feeling, and stock photography would have killed it instantly.

Demystified the process

Built a six-step graphic, throw, paint, trim, bisque fire, glaze, glaze fire, so a first-timer booking a class knows exactly what happens to their piece after they leave.

Put proof near the top

Real Google reviews placed high on the page, because a new studio either earns that trust in the first few seconds or loses the booking.

Gave it a content engine

A blog and a markets and pop-ups page beyond the booking flow, so the site earns search traffic year-round instead of only working when someone already knows the name.

The result

A studio site that answers a beginner's questions before they think to ask them, and turns curiosity into a booked class. Site, photography, and search structure all handled in one place.
