Fat Tail — the site
The marketing site for the Fat Tail weather app: explaining aviation-grade data in plain language to drive downloads.

The problem
A good app still needs someone to explain, in ten seconds, why it's different from the dozen free weather apps already on a phone. The marketing site carries that whole argument.
What I did
Led with the one-line difference
'Straight from airport sensors' — the credibility hook that separates it from consumer weather apps, before any feature list.
Showed the product doing its thing
Real report cards — clear conditions, live radar, the wind compass — so the value is visible instead of described.
Matched the app's voice
The site and the product share one design language, so the download feels like the same thing the visitor just saw.
Kept the path to install short
The whole page points at one action, without the feature-list bloat that buries the download button.
The result
A marketing site that makes the app's difference obvious in a scroll — the front door to the shipped product beside it.
